Google plus offers a product call Google Hangouts. Google Hangouts is basically like a Skype but you can have up to 9 people in one call so you could call up to 9 people on there and talk to them at the same time. The only "problem" is that you have to install a plugin on your laptop/computer to make the calls but other than that your all good to call your friends, family, etc. You can also add effects on your face so you can add like a dog mask to put on your face or a mustache and other stuff that it provides. You can also change your background so when someone views your face you can be in like Venice and see the effects that you added on yourself.
If you want to call people you first have to go to
Google Plus and click on "Start a video Hangout" and if this is your first time using it then it will ask you to install a plugin and then it will give you instructions to do so and after you have done those steps then you shall be able to call anyone that has a Google Plus account.
